Dr. Rachael Streeter is a board-certified optometric physician specializing in primary eyecare.
She received her bachelor’s degree in vision science and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society for four years.
Dr. Streeter completed an externship at Triad Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While there, she received training in primary eyecare with emphasis on pre and postoperative care of cataract and LASIK patients, eye infections, and all aspects of ocular disease.
Before joining the staff at St. Luke’s, Dr. Streeter practiced at Redbird Indian Health Clinic in Salisaw, Oklahoma. She provided primary eyecare including refractions, diagnosis and treatment of eye infections, eye emergencies, and ocular disease.
Dr. Streeter enjoys reading and outside activities such as swimming and rollerblading. She resides in Clearwater with her husband James and daughter Sophia.
