I have gone with my husband to see Dr. Phillpotts. This was my first appointment to get my eyes checked. I saw Dr. Arcaro. Check in and check out was smooth. I was brought in the exam room by Dylan, the technician. He proceeded to ask the needed questions, do the eye exam and administer the drops to dilate the eyes before being seen by the doctor. He was so soft spoken, gentle and I felt totally at ease. Friendly, yet professional. Dr. Arcaro was also friendly, yet professional. I felt she gave me a thorough exam and she explained, in easy to understand instructions, on what I had to do to take care of my eye problem. I was also sent home with papers with everything I had to do. She was very down to earth and I felt totally at ease. The office is also beautiful, clean and bright. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Z., Dr. Rodriguez and all the staff here are exceptional. A well-run practice! Just went through cataract surgery and it was such a smooth process. They do an excellent job of communicating.
